FC, I can't complain about laundry really. I didn't have a machine until about six years ago and had to go to the laundromat. It is really nice to do it at home and then carry it out into the sunshine to dry it on my clothesline right next to the garden pond.
Teri, it is a Canon Powershot S3 IS. Someone who had no reason except kindness bought it for me and it is rarely far from my hand now. Thanks for your kind words. I really love taking pictures.
Nita, amazingly they get tame really quickly every summer. At first when they are in the pond they leap the minute they see us. After a while they won't even move if you poke them...not that I poke them, but there are those that do.
STeve, thank you so much. I took a pic specially for you yesterday at the Vermont State Fair
Aussie O, thanks, like sunrises and sunsets, I simply can't resist them
Akagaga, it amazes me how long they can sit still. He was there from maybe noon until close to four in the afternoon never moving. He and all the other frogs have become amazingly fat, so I guess sitting around slurping bugs works out well for them,

Any distraction from laundry is welcome.
I've been dying to ask, what kind of camera do you use? Your talent for photography is so amazing! aw, froggie!
