What's in those jars? The gourds (?) behind the jars look as if they are coming out of them. lol! Very clever set up. Your pictures are really great!

Nice shots, but I live in Canada don't see some of the stuff you have there, if you would narrate I would love to be educated.

MSW, thanks, it is a sweet time of year...except for what comes next

Jeffro, we got way too few of those this year thanks to the blight...but we did get was plenty tasty

Ed, thanks

dibear, thank you

Lisa, thanks, I enjoyed yours too. we have so few maple trees, except up in the sugar bush and I was too lazy so...

AKA, hmmm, I wonder if that will catch on here. lol thanks

June, thanks, it does and applesauce is next on the agenda

Colleen, thank you!

FC, thanks, what is in those jars didn't turn out quite as planned but we are still enjoying it. lol

Far Side, thanks, I love having garden produce piled in the kitchen this time of year...such security!

the crazysheeplady, thanks, it is apple jelly made with honeycrisp apples.

WB, thank you

The Wife, and thank you as well

Holly, thanks, looking forward to using the squash for Thanksgiving

Shirley, very close! It is apple jelly made with some Honeycrisp apples we bought. Thanks

Debbi, thanks!

Janice, thanks and sorry about that
Top photo contains a garlic, some crab apples that volunteered down by the driveway, butternut squash )the big ones in back) a small nameless squash...not sure what kind...that volunteered in the lower garden, five jars of apple jelly and two Honeycrisp apples.
Next pic is some kind of sedge that we found while fishing last week. Next one is a macro of the pretty little crab apples still on the tree. Bottom is an aster also by the driveway.

RG, thanks! For some reason the jelly didn't jell, but it is still really tasty and you can surely still eat it. lol

i knew there had to be some perks to fall. looks like you found 'em.

LInda, thanks, alas we don't have them either. EVeryone thought those were persimmons, but they are tiny, little grape sized crab apples taken with the macro lens. Sorry about that.

Tipper, thank you

Ericka, thanks, fall would be all right if it didn't come before winter
