That said, September does have that kind of fall feeling to it, and by the month, especially in the mountains, there should be some color starting to pick up.; 9:51 AM

Anon, you are right...no frost for a while yet I am hoping. The days are getting short though, not something I enjoy much.

CTG, here it is hot and soggy wet. Guess it is supposed to be cooler later in the week. I can get behind that. lol

Linda, I think our summer was relatively cool overall, but we did have some strings of way too hot.; 6:51 AM
DayPhoto said...: I agree! We've slid toward winter here also. The light in the sky is different, the nights are cold enough we can't sleep with open windows all night long, and the days are starting to cool down. Of course that doesn't take into account the turning of the leaves.
