Remember
We all do. How could we ever forget? My mom, who just celebrated her sixtieth wedding anniversary remembers Peal Harbor like it was yesterday. We will always remember......
Yes, my mother always told us how as she lay in bed during her nurses training . . she wrote the date on the wall beside her bed on hearing of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
We were in Colorado Springs looking at Cheyenne Mountain within which is NORAD.
Cathy, I am glad I am not the only one who asked family about this. It was strange to think of my mom as a kid upstairs at grandma's listening to the talk down stairs just as we did when we were kids.

Still a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.

North American Air Defense.
It was a strange frightening day.
We will never forget.
