Waiting

My old milking shorthorn, Broadway is going to calve today. She is several days overdue. She has only ever had gigantic calves. Even Scotty, her first calf, who is half Jersey, was really big.

So it is a day for waiting and watching and worrying. Hope she will come through all right. I do not like calving days.....
